Taichang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Ning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the west of Ning County, connecting Zaosheng town in the East, Xinzhuang Town in the south, Jingchuan County in the west, Hesheng town in the north, with a total administrative area of 55 square kilometers.

Before 1949, it was Taichang town; in 1983, it was changed to Taichang township. In March 2016, Taichang township was removed from township to town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Tai Chang was 16106. In June 2020, Taichang town governs nine administrative villages.
