Gansu mining area is the external name of 404 plant of China National Nuclear Industry Corporation. Gansu mining area was established in 58, formerly known as Northwest Mining machinery factory. In fact, it is China's nuclear military base, a regional unit, with multiple arms and troops stationed, and a total population of 40000 at the peak.
