Maxia town
Maxia Town, subordinate to Huating City, Pingliang City, Gansu Province, is located at the east foot of Guanshan Mountain in the west of Huating city. It borders Donghua town and Xihua town in the southeast, Handian town and Zhangjiachuan county in Zhuanglang County in the west, Shanzhai Township and CEDI town in the northwest. The administrative area of maxia town is 151.17 square kilometers.
It was established three times in 1910, 1932 and 1944. In 1982, limaxia township was established. In 2002, the township was changed from township to town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Ma Xia Town was 12257. As of June 2020, maxia town has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in maxia village.
At the end of 2011, the per capita net income of farmers was 1355 yuan. By the end of 2018, there were three industrial enterprises in maxia Town, and one supermarket or comprehensive store with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
