Yuepu town
Yuebao Town, subordinate to Zhuanglang County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province, is located in the north and east of Zhuanglang County, bordering yanggou Township, Longde County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Yanghe Township in the south, Nanhu town and zhaodun Township in the west, DianAn and Wenbao Township, Longde County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the north. The total area of the administrative area is 64.11 square kilometers, and by the end of 2018, the population of Yuebao town registered residence was 16350.
Yuebao town is named after the township government's residence in yuejiabaozi. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was called Jidu town. In 1942, it was renamed Anton town. After 1949, Andong district was established. In 1983, it was changed to Yuebao township. On July 1, 2018, Yuebao township was removed from the township and built into a town. As of June 2020, Yuebao town has 12 administrative villages.

In June 1961, Yuebao commune of Jingning County was established and stationed in yuejiabaozi; in December of the same year, when Zhuanglang administrative region was restored, it became Yuebao commune.
In 1983, it was changed to Yuebao township.
In July 2018, Yuebao township was removed from the township and built into a town.

Houhe River, a tributary of Zhuanglang River, originates from Wenbao Township, Longde County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It enters from the east of wangjiahukeng, Jiangsi village, and enters Nanhu town from northeast to southwest at xiacaijia. The river is 6.2km long.
