Pan'an town
Pan'an Town, subordinate to Zhuanglang County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province, is located in the south of Zhuanglang County, adjacent to Handian town in the East, Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous Region in the south, zhudian and Shuiluo towns in the west, and Nanping Township in the north. The total administrative area is 81.49 square kilometers.
Before 1949, Xinlong township was in the East and Shuiluo town in the West. After 1949, it belonged to Shuiluo district and Xinlong district. In October 1964, Jieya commune was incorporated. In 1980, Jieya commune was separated. In 1983, it was changed to Pan'an township. In 2004, Jieya township was withdrawn. Under the jurisdiction of Jiaowan, DUANWAN, Zhaowu, Jieya, mudanzui, liufanggou, liangjiasiwan, fanmiao, Chenjia, yaoliujia, shanglei, Xialei 12 villages belong to Pan'an township. In 2015, the township was replaced by township. By the end of 2018, pan an had a registered residence of 28399 people. As of June 2020, Pan'an town has jurisdiction over 18 administrative villages. The people's Government of the town was stationed in the Wang family.
At the end of 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Pan'an town was 2571 yuan. By the end of 2018, Pan'an town had a comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
Before 1949, Xinlong township was in the East and Shuiluo town in the West.
After 1949, it belonged to Shuiluo district and Xinlong district.
In September 1958, when the commune was transformed, it belonged to Yonghe commune and Jieya commune respectively; in December of the same year, Zhuanglang County was merged into Jingning County, it belonged to Yonghe commune and Jieya commune respectively.
In June 1961, Pan'an commune of Jingning County was set up at cha'er Li's family, and later moved to Wang's family. In December of the same year, when Zhuanglang administrative region was restored, it was Pan'an commune of Zhuanglang County.
In October 1964, Jieya commune was incorporated.
In 1980, Jieya commune was separated.
In 1983, it was changed to Pan'an township.
In 2004, Jieya township was withdrawn. Under the jurisdiction of Jiaowan, DUANWAN, Zhaowu, Jieya, mudanzui, liufanggou, liangjiasiwan, fanmiao, Chenjia, yaoliujia, shanglei, Xialei 12 villages belong to Pan'an township.
In 2015, the township was replaced by township.

The main river in Pan'an town is Chali River, which originates from Shuiquan wazigou in fanmiao village, crosses the whole town from northeast to southwest, and flows into Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County at Majia village, with a total length of 18.4 km.
