Xiao Wang Guo Zhuang town is located in Gaoyang County, Baoding City, Hebei province. It is located 8 kilometers east of Gaoyang County. It is connected with Pang Kou Town in the east side of the dragon river, * West Jinhua street, South West Town, and Longhua village in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 7.9 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 9.3 km, with a total area of 43.96 square kilometers and a total population of 30824 (in 2019).

Xiaowangguozhuang town is named because the town government is located in xiaowangguozhuang village. In March 1984, it was rebuilt into Boshizhuang township. In July 1984, it was renamed Xiaowang Guozhuang township. In February 196, the old towns of dongliuguozhuang and xinlizhuang were merged. In February 2019, Gaoyang County abolished xiaowangguozhuang Township and established xiaowangguozhuang town. As of October 2019, xiaowangguozhuang town has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in xiaowangguozhuang village.
