Xijing Town, subordinate to Gulang County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province, is located in the northeast of Gulang county. It is located in the core area of urban-rural integration development in Wuwei and Huanghuatan project area of ecological migration and poverty alleviation development in Gulang county. It is adjacent to Dajing town and Minquan Township in the East, Huangyangchuan town in the south, Huanghuatan town in the West and Tengger Desert in the north, covering an area of 219.01 square kilometers. By 2019, Xijing town has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages. In 2017, there were 28866 permanent residents in Xijing town.
