Tieyupu town belongs to Danfeng County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the east of Danfeng County, bordering Wuguan town in the East, fanhuazi town in the south, Ziyu town in the West and Zhaochuan town in the northeast. The maximum distance from east to west is 18.45 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 7.65 km. The total area is 136.06 square kilometers.
Tieyupu town is a popular science demonstration town in Shangluo City and an immigrant demonstration town in southern Shaanxi.
As of June 2020, Tieyupu town has 8 administrative villages. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the 17015 people was located in the town of tie Yu. Historical evolution
Formerly known as tielupu, it was the place where Qin built weapons during the Warring States period. Because of its location in Guyu, it was later renamed Tieyupu.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to puyuli.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it was Tietao Township in Shang county (now Shangzhou District).
In 1949, Tieyupu township was set up, belonging to Danfeng County.
In September 1958, Chenguang commune was established.
In August 1961, it was renamed Tieyupu commune.
In June 1984, Tieyupu town was rebuilt.
