ABI Luogu township is located at 102 ° 58 ′ 06 ″ E and 28 ° 03 ′ 58 ″ n, adjacent to Qingheng Township and tebuluo Township in the East, Guqu Township and Chengbei Township in the west, tieluogu Township in the South and Zhuhe Township in the north.
In December 2019, the people's Government of Sichuan Province agreed to abolish ABI Luogu Township and divide its administrative region into Zhuhe Town, which is located at No. 96, Zhuhe street, Niri village.
Name and origin
Because the township government is located in the village formerly known as abiergu.

The township government is located in GAHA community, ancient abilo village, 1930 meters above sea level, 15 kilometers away from the county seat and 115 kilometers away from Xichang, the capital of Liangshan Prefecture.

Population area
The total area of the township is 49.78 square kilometers. At the end of 2011, the total population of the jurisdiction was 5850, with the Yi nationality as the main population, including 3421 males, accounting for 58.5%, and 2429 females, accounting for 41.5%; in 2011, the birth rate was 13 ‰, and the natural growth rate was 3 ‰.
natural condition
The township is located in the south of zhuhebazi, the north of zhuhebazi, flat terrain, fertile land. The southern part of the mountain is the highest peak, nimhaoni (2787 meters above sea level). The climate belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate, which is characterized by four distinct seasons, hot and rainy seasons, sufficient light and long frost free period. It is dry and windy in spring, concentrated rainfall in summer, mild and cool in autumn, and dry and cold in winter with little snow. According to the climate division of Sichuan, it belongs to the climate zone of Yalong River temperature belt in the western plateau. The annual average temperature is 11.9 ℃, the average temperature in January is - 2 ℃, and the extreme minimum temperature is - 22 ℃ (February 9, 1977); the average temperature in July is 20 ℃, and the extreme maximum temperature is 33 ℃ (August 7, 1977). The average annual growth period is 192 days, the average annual frost free period is 170 days, the longest is 200 days, and the shortest is 156 days. The annual average sunshine hours are 1860 hours. The annual total radiation is 120.17 kcal / cm2. The duration above 0 ℃ is 270 days (generally from March to September). The annual average rainfall is 1020 mm, the extreme annual maximum rainfall is 1409 mm (1968), and the extreme annual minimum rainfall is 808 mm (1975).
Zhuhe River (niuluo River), which originates from wajing village of Zhuhe Township, flows into the tributary Ergu river at the grand hot spring, and then flows into the second tributary of Jinsha River, tebuluo River, at Qingheng Township through the canyon below the Zhuhe cement plant. From 1975 to 1976, the state subsidized 25000 yuan, and the Ergu commune organized labor to manage the Ergu river section, with 70000 working days and 3400 meters of embankment.
The main natural disasters are: low temperature, wind disaster, spring drought, rainstorm, debris flow, hail, frost and so on.
Economic overview
Agriculture: the area of cultivated land is 8038 mu (0.7 mu per capita), mainly composed of dry land and paddy field, including 1766 mu of paddy field and 6272 mu of dry land. The main food crops are rice, tartary buckwheat, corn and potato, supplemented by oats and beans. Animal husbandry mainly includes pigs, cattle, sheep, horses and poultry.
Transportation: in 2011, there were three village roads, one village road and two convenient bridges.
