Chinan town
Chinan town belongs to Zhenba County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. Located in the south of the county, it is adjacent to Yanchang town in the East, Rencun town in the west, Hongqiao Town of Wanyuan city in Sichuan Province in the South and Yudu town in the north. Its total area is 127 square kilometers.
Chinan town has one qingheguan site, one gongcha ancient tea tree site, two red tourism monuments, changtanba and zhongjialing, and one Chinan reservoir scenic spot.
As of June 2020, Chinan town has one community and six administrative villages. By the end of 2018, 15798 people registered residence in Chi Nan Town. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Chinan town was 91.4 million yuan, and the total industrial output value reached 97.2 million yuan.
Historical evolution
In May 1961, in memory of the Political Department of the 12th division of the Fourth Front Army of the Red Army and the working team of the CPC Sichuan Shaanxi Provincial Committee, the CPC Southern Shaanxi county Party committee and the county Soviet government (formerly known as Chinan county) were established in qingheguan. Changtan commune was renamed Chinan commune and later named Chinan town.
In 1802, Dingyuan hall was set up in the seventh year of Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty.
In 1914, Pingluo village, the Southern District of Zhenba County, was established.
In 1933, the Fourth Front Army of the Red Army established the CPC Southern Shaanxi county Party committee and the Soviet government of Shannan County, the Soviet government of Changtan District, the Soviet government of Chihua District, and the Soviet government of Changtan Township, Meipo Township and baoshanzi township.
In 1936, Pingluo joint insurance was set up.
In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), 1, 2 and 3 guarantees were set up in Rencun township.
In 1950, Rencun district and changtanba Township were established.
In 1958, it was assigned to Yudu commune and set up long beach and Pingluo management area.
In April 1960, long beach and Pingluo management area were merged into long beach management area.
In May 1961, Changtan management area was renamed Chinan commune.
In May 1984, it was changed to Chinan township.
In July 2011, Chinan town was set up.

Chinan town is located in Daba Mountain platform edge fold belt mountain, high in Northeast and low in southwest. In addition to Yuanjiaba, Pingluo and Changtan, the remaining nine villages are all Valley and mountainous areas. The highest peak is at jianduozi mountain, 1610.9 meters above sea level, and the lowest is at Lianghekou, yueliping village, 610 meters above sea level.
