Xingzhou street belongs to Lueyang County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. The maximum distance from east to west is 22 kilometers, and the maximum distance from north to south is 44 kilometers, with a total area of 347.56 square kilometers.
Xingzhou street is the residence of Lueyang County People's government.

Historical evolution
Formerly known as Chengguan Town, because Lueyang county is located in the town. In June 2015, when Shaanxi Province adjusted the township administrative division, it was changed to its current name.
At the end of 1949, it belonged to Chengguan District and set up Chengguan Street office.
In 1954, it was called Chengguan town and set up Chengguan town government.
In 1956, it was renamed the people's Committee of Chengguan town and was transferred to the county directly under the central government.
In October 1958, Dagou Township and Chengguan town were merged into Chengguan administrative area, belonging to Chengguan commune.
In May 1961, Chengguan administrative area was changed into Chengguan commune, belonging to Chengguan District.
In January 1965, Chengguan commune, also known as Chengguan Town People's Committee, was abolished and returned to the county directly under the central government.
In October 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of Chengguan town was established.
In June 1973, the sub district office of Chengguan town was established.
In December 1980, it was renamed Chengguan Town People's government.
In May 1996, heyeba township was merged into Chengguan town. Meanwhile, the sub district office was cancelled and renamed as the sub district affairs office, which is the internal organization of Chengguan town.
In July 2002, Dashan Village and quanxigou village were merged into quanxigou village, jiamenzi village, zhuangke village and Qiaoshang village were merged into jiamenzi village, and heyeba village, mayinshan village and Liujiawan village were merged into heyeba village.
In July 2011, the Township Institutional Reform merged baishigou Township into Chengguan town.
On June 28, 2015, Shaanxi Province adjusted the township administrative division, abolished Chengguan town and established Xingzhou street.
