Shijiatian township is located 25 kilometers northeast of Lingqiu County, covering an area of 182.03 square kilometers, with 54000 mu of arable land. It is adjacent to Liuke Township in the East, Wuling town and Shizhuang Township in the west, luoshuihe Township in the South and Yixing Township in Guangling County in the north. Shijiatian village, where the township government is located, is located between Liuling mountain and Niutou mountain. It governs 17 government villages and 18 natural villages with a permanent population of 6157 (2017). In the territory, there are many gullies, undulating slope beams and complex terrain.
