Junma town
Junma Town, belonging to Liquan County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the southeast of Liquan county. It borders Mazhuang town and Shuangzhao street of Qindu District in the southeast, Dianzhang street of Xingping City in the southwest, Chengguan town in the west, xizhangbao town in the north and Qiandong town in the northeast. The maximum distance from east to west is 7.2 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 6.2 km, with a total area of 43.99 square kilometers.
As of June 2020, Junma town has 12 administrative villages. As of 2018, the registered residence of the town was 29117. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Junma town reached 180 million yuan, the total industrial output value reached 120 million yuan, and the total social commodity sales reached 105 million yuan.
Historical evolution
In 1958, when the commune was established, it was named because the stone tablet of six horses of Tang Dynasty was originally in the commune.
The Northern Song, Jin and Yuan dynasties belong to Liquan county.
Ming belongs to Chiyang county.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to Daonan township of three districts and zhumeng township of four districts.
On May 18, 1949, Liquan county was liberated. There were six districts and 63 Township People's governments in the county. The town was subordinate to the third district, one township in Qiandong.
In October 1949, there were seven districts.
In March 1953, Junma district was set up.
In January 1956, District 7 (Junma) was abolished.
In November 1958, Junma commune was established.
In April 1984, it was changed into Junma township.
In April 2010, it was changed to Junma town.

New stele of Tang Taizong temple in Song Dynasty
It was carved in the sixth year of Kaibao of Song Dynasty (973). It was originally preserved in the site of Tang Taizong temple in Jiuxian village, Junma Township, Liquan county. He moved to Zhaoling Museum in 1975. JuanShou is 292 cm high and 103 cm wide. The inscription on the stele is composed of "preface to Tang Taizong Temple inscriptions newly built in the great Song Dynasty", written by Li Ying, written by sun Chongwang, and "Tang Taizong Temple stele newly built in the great Song Dynasty" in regular script. The running script of the stele is 23 lines with about 50 words.
Stele of six horses in Zhaoling
It was originally built outside the South Gate of Ningjia Village (the former site of Taizong Temple), Jiuxian County, Liquan County, and moved to Zhaoling Museum in 1974. It is 2.68 meters high, 0.98 meters wide and 0.28 meters thick. It has a round head and a turtle seat. It is surrounded by a relief pattern of Pan Jue. In the middle, it is carved with four characters of "Zhaoling Liujun". 2 words in each line, read vertically from left to right. The body of the tablet is a cuboid, and the characters on the surface of the tablet are divided into upper and lower parts, with regular script engraved on it. The upper part is "yunduan Fengyi Yougong inscription Liujun stele". There are 25 lines of inscriptions with 11 characters in each line, accounting for one fourth of the surface of the tablet. At the lower part of the tablet, there are lines engraved with the names of six horses and praising poems, accounting for three-quarters of the surface of the tablet. In 1089, you Shixiong presided over the re engraving of the stele of six steeds in Zhaoling, and created the statue of six steeds in the temple of Taizong mausoleum. Five years later, you carved the stele of Zhaoling in 1094.
