Zuitou town
Zuitou Town, belonging to Taibai County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the middle of Taibai city. It is adjacent to taochuan town in the East, huangbaiyuan town and taibaihe town in the south, Jingkou town and Wangjialing town in the west, and Chencang town and diaowei town in the north. The total area is 612 square kilometers.

Historical evolution
It is named after the Daodao mountains around the edge of the basin, which are shaped like the mouth rings of birds and animals.
In the Western Zhou Dynasty, it was granted by King Wen and his brother Guo Shu, hence the name Guochuan.
Sui belongs to Chencang county.
After the Tang Dynasty, it belonged to Baoji County, and the dynasties passed by.
Zhaokenli was set up in the early Ming Dynasty, and Guochuan inspection department was set up in Wanli period.
After the fourth year of the Republic of China (1915), Baoji County set up the Sixth District, zuitou Township, Zhongnan Township, etc.
After 1949, it belonged to Baoji County and set up Zhongnan township.
In February 1953, a new Taibai central district was established, with a total of four districts under its jurisdiction. Zhongnan District governs five townships, namely zuitou, fangcaiguan, guaili, qilichuan and taibaihe.
After the establishment of Taibai commune in 1958, another management area was set up in Taibai river.
In September 1961, the two management areas of zuitou and Baiyun were merged into zuitou management area.
In 1962, zuitou and Baiyun were divided into two communes again. Zuitou commune has 21 production teams and 76 production teams. 130 natural villages.
