Rendui Township
Rendui township is located at the southern foot of nyainqentangla mountain, northwest of Nanmulin County, connecting labupu Township in the East, Xietongmen County in the west, pudang Township and Jiacuo Township in the south, and naqushenzha County in the north. The total land area of the township is 1246.93 square kilometers. The township government is located in Jiwu village, 72 kilometers away from the county seat. The average altitude of the township is 4500 meters, and the altitude of the township government is 4400 meters.
Historical evolution
"Rendui" in Tibetan means "mountain gathering place". Founded in 1961, under the Rendui District People's government. In 1988, Rendui Township, a separate Township, was formed by the merger of Jiwu Township, Pula Township and Luozha Township in Rendui District, which is still under the leadership of Rendui district. The original Jiwu Township, Pula Township and Luozha Township were transformed into three villagers' committees of Jiwu, Pula and Luozha, with eight natural villages under its jurisdiction. After Rendui district was abolished in 1993, it was under the direct leadership of the county government.
Economics
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the level of economic and social development, the township has made great progress in various undertakings. By the end of 2016, the total number of livestock was 25322 (head, animal, horse), the rural economic income was 16594042 yuan, and the per capita income was 8483.66 yuan.

The economic structure of the township is dominated by animal husbandry, with a total grassland area of more than 1170 million mu, of which 9734.62 million mu can be used, mainly raising yaks, sheep and other livestock; 249471 mu of local public welfare forest area, mainly including Sabina przewalskii, cedar, seabuckthorn, etc.; 70800 Mu of wetland; Rhodiola, Fritillaria and other medicinal plants. In recent years, with the continuous increase of ecological protection, the ecosystem of the whole township has been maintained well. There are a large number of rare wild animals in the territory, most of which are brown bear, wolf, Swertia, yellow goat, wild donkey, Tibetan antelope, etc.
