GASA town is located in the southwest of Jinghong City, 7 kilometers away from the residence of Jinghong municipal government. It is adjacent to Jinghong City in the East, jinghahani Township in the southeast, Menglong town in the south, Gelang and Hani Township and Mengsong Township in Menghai County in the west, Yunjinghong street in the north and Mengyang town across the river in the northeast.

Evolution of organizational system
