Zhicun town

Zhicun town is located in the southeast mountainous area of Mengzi City, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is famous for its rich Zhilan flower. It borders Pingbian Miao Autonomous County in the East, qilubai Township in the south, Xin'an town in the west, and northwest Le Township and Mingjiu town in the north.

Zhicun town is located in the southeast mountain area of Mengzi City, Honghe City, Yunnan Province. It is famous for its rich Zhilan flower. Zhicun Town Central School is located in the south of Zhongshan Road, Zhicun street. As of December 2007, there are 52 teaching staff and 864 students. There are 16 teaching classes, including 520 resident students. Yizhi village middle school is located in the birthplace of Nanxi River and beside the famous "three hole bridge" of Kunhe railway. The number of students has exceeded 1000, and it is the school with the largest number of students living in Mengzi Township Middle School. Zhicun middle school, founded in 1959, has a history of 45 years. The original school site is located in Laozhi village, formerly known as "the fourth middle school of Mengzi County", which was moved to the current site in 1969. In 1975, it was changed into "May 7th" Middle School of Zhicun commune, and in 1978, it was changed into Zhicun commune middle school. Folk dance

Four string dance (three step music) is a dance that Yi people can dance very early, but when it came into being can't be verified. After investigation, three step music in awubai village, Yiwanshui village committee of Zhicun Town, has been continuously improved in the long-term production and labor, and is a combination of three step music in mountain area and dam area. Four string dance (three-step Music) is a kind of self entertaining collective dance that expresses the joy of production and life. The dance movements of men and women are basically the same. The main pillar industry of Wuzhi village is flue-cured tobacco. Under the national policy of "double control", focusing on "improving the quality of Flue-cured Tobacco", in 2007, the contracted planting area was 28000 mu, and 84024 units were purchased. Only flue-cured tobacco increased farmers' income by 52.5239 million yuan. The unit price is up to 12.5 yuan per kilogram, with more than 70000 upper and middle cigarettes, accounting for 76.2%.

2. Peaches

The peach planting in Yizhi village is mainly concentrated in Laozhi village committee and Zhicun village committee. The main varieties are nectarine, ruby, yidianhong and Xuetao. The area of Guiguo is 1380 mu in 2006, with an output of 2200 tons and an output value of 4 million yuan. In 2007, the area of fruit bearing is 1420 mu, with an output of 2630 tons and an output value of 3.945 million yuan.

Now zhilanting is located about five kilometers away from Zhicun town in Mengzi city. It is Laozhi village where the former Zhicun town is located. In the middle of the village, there is a protruding hill. On the top of the hill, there is an isolated Pavilion, formerly known as Qingsheng Pavilion, also known as Zhilan Pavilion. Zhilan pavilion was built by the May 4th regiment of the 182nd division on August 19, 2003. With the care and protection of the whole village, the pavilion was renovated on January 5, 2005. Zhilan Pavilion in Laozhi village is a rarely preserved building in Mengzi city. It has a certain popularity in the local area. There are various legends about its origin, and people are still spreading it today. Originally, the pavilion was built to call the police, but in order to make their team stable in the local area and not let the local people drive them away, it was compiled that a pavilion should be built in order to block the flying horses, so that the two local villages (xiaopotou and Laozhi Village) could be stable.
