Datianba town is a town level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Changning County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province. It is located at the junction of Baoshan Longyang, Dali Yongping and Baoshan Changning. It is located in the northwest of Changning County. The town government is 57 km away from the county seat. It covers an area of 312 square kilometers, mainly in mountainous areas with an average altitude of 1700 meters. It has six villagers' committees with a total population of 21486 (in 2017) and 5795 households. The town is mainly agricultural production, and is a typical agricultural town in mountainous areas.
