It is adjacent to Chahe Township in the East, Tadian town in the southeast, Xinhua township of Xinping County in the southwest, Anlongbao township of Shuangbai County across the river in the west, Dalongtan Township in the north and Dianzhong town in the northeast, with a total area of 248.8 square kilometers. Historical evolution of fuliangpeng township: in Qing Dynasty, fuliangpeng belonged to Dinggui township. After the establishment of the Republic of China, it belonged to Dinggui and xunzhuang. In 1934, it belonged to Zhonghe and Wansong townships in the second district and Wenfan (later changed culture), Renjing and duiping townships in the fourth district. In 1938, it belonged to Biyun Township, Zhonghe Township in the East, Mianan Township in the northeast, and Zhenbian Township in the southwest. The people's Government of Zhongmin district was established in 1949. Biyun, Zhonghe and mi'an Township People's governments are set up. In 1950, the central district was renamed the third district. From 1951 to 1952, it belonged to the third district, with jurisdiction over fuliangpeng, TaChong, meidang, dieshemo, Yala and Doumen. In 1983, fuliangpeng commune was established, and fuliangpeng and Amana townships were established. The former fuliangpeng, TaChong, meidang, fanjiacun and dieshemo teams belong to fuliangpeng Township, and the two teams of ya'a and Shiban belong to ya'a township. In 1984, fuliangpeng and Alana were merged to establish fuliangpeng District, with 7 townships including fuliangpeng, TaChong, meidang, dieshemo, Alana, Shiban and Fanjia village. In 1987, fuliangpeng township was established, and 7 townships were changed into village offices.
