Luokun town is located in the south of Luodian County, about 26 kilometers away from the county seat and 46 kilometers away from the Hongshui River Wharf. It is the only way of ceshan highway. With an area of 325.91 square kilometers, the town governs 14 administrative villages, 66 villager groups and 38 natural villages, with a total population of 20016 (2017).
