Sanglang town
Sanglang town is located at the border of Wangmo county and Luodian county. Sanglang village is 67 km away from Wangmo county and 64 km away from Luodian county. The permanent population of the town is about 9704. It is the second largest market town in Wangmo county. Due to its special geographical location and long cultural history, Sanglang small commodity trade is relatively developed. The development of Sanglang small town has begun to take shape. The development of the new district and the settlement of immigrants will help the development of Sanglang town and commodity trade to a higher level.
General situation
1. Sanglang town is located between 106 & ordm; 27 ˊ - 106 & ordm; 30 ˊ E and 25 & ordm; 13 ˊ - 25 & ordm; 18 ˊ n. It is not only the east gate of Wangmo County, but also the east gate of Qianxinan Prefecture. It is adjacent to Luodian County in the East, Angwu Township in the south, Nanye Township and Mashan Township in the west, and lewang town and Ziyun County in the north. Sanglang village is 67 kilometers away from Wangmo County, 32 kilometers away from yanglimatou of Hongshui River and 64 kilometers away from Luodian county. The highest altitude is 1137 meters, the lowest is 316 meters, and the average altitude is 425 meters. Among them, valleys alternate with each other, rivers crisscross, forming many basins, including sanglangba, the second largest Bazi in Wangmo county. The karst landform in gaohaipo area is typical, mainly composed of Carboniferous peaks and mountains, in a three-dimensional shape. In addition to earthquakes and ground subsidence, landslides occur from time to time. The town's 115.33 square kilometers of land area, about 30000 mu of arable land, including 4640 mu of farmland, 25360 mu of soil, 50200.6 mu of woodland, 49783.1 mu of natural grassland, 545.4 mu of garden land, 8551.2 mu of unused land, 600.5 mu of water area. The town has 6 administrative villages, 42 natural villages and 38 villager groups, with a total of 2357 households and 11070 people by the end of 2010. There are four ethnic groups, Buyi, Miao, Han and Zhuang, of which 98% are ethnic minorities. The population is mainly distributed in Sanglang and Bahe villages in the dam area.
Historical evolution
During the reign of Daoguang in Qing Dynasty, Luohu Prefecture was renamed Luohu hall, and Sanglang was subordinate to Luohu hall. In the third year of the Republic of China (1914 AD), Luohu hall was renamed Luohu County, and a county office was set up. The county official was called ZhiXianShi, which was subordinate to Dushan district. Sanglangjia was renamed sanglangxi District of Luohu county. Under the jurisdiction of Sanglang, Bameng, Luomu, Yangli, pingting, Ansha, Duyi, Pinghe, Dalang, Pingshang and Youhua, Sanglang west district is stationed in Sanglang. In February 1925, Luohu County Office was renamed Luodian County Office. Sanglang west district was renamed the seventh district of Luodian County, and Sanglang township was established. Sanglang was the seat of district and township governments. In the 20th year of the Republic of China (1931 AD), the county office abolished Sanglang Township and established Sanglang town. On June 3, 1938, Luodian county office ordered No. 33 to abolish Sanglang town and change it to Sanglang No. 1 joint insurance, which was subordinate to the seventh district. Under the joint insurance, there were Bao and Jia. In the 29th year of the Republic of China (A.D. 1940), according to the order of Dingchang, chairman of Guizhou provincial government, Wangmo county was established, and Sanglang Lianbao was assigned to Wangmo County as the third district from Luodian. Sang Lang was liberated on May 12, 1951, and then the people's government and the farmers' Association were established. On July 18, 1956, with the approval of the State Council, Xingyi special region was abolished. Wangmo county was assigned to Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, and Sanglang was subordinate to the Fourth District of Wangmo county. On August 17, 1965, with the approval of the State Council of the people's Republic of China, the establishment of Xingyi special region was restored. Wangmo county was separated from Qiannan Autonomous Prefecture and returned to the establishment of Xingyi special region. Sanglang was restored to the jurisdiction of Xingyi special region. On February 1, 1966, with the approval of the State Council, Wangmo county was abolished and Wangmo Buyi and Miao Autonomous County was established. Sanglang was subordinate to Wangmo Autonomous County. In December 1991, according to the instruction of Guizhou people's Government on withdrawing districts and merging townships into towns, Sanglang District Office and Sanglang Township People's government were abolished and Sanglang town was established. There are many places of interest in Sanglang Town, mainly including manwang city site, Kongming mountain, Bijia mountain, Qipan mountain, jinzhongpudi, Tianma mountain, Hezhong stone pillar, Shuangbi cave, Qixing bridge, Nanguan lock Pavilion, etc., which constitute Sanglang's "ten sceneries". These places of interest have their beautiful legends. Baihua River scenic spot, shuangbidong scenic spot and Sanglang river canyon are to be developed.

Sanglang town belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate zone, with obvious characteristics of early spring, long summer, late autumn and short winter. The average annual temperature is 19.8 ℃, the extreme minimum temperature is - 1.8 ℃, and the extreme maximum temperature is 39.8 ℃. The average annual rainfall is 1200 mm, with a maximum of 1743.1 mm. The frost free period lasts for 350 days. There is no severe cold in winter. The rainy and hot seasons are the same. The climate is warm, which is conducive to the growth of crops. Sanglangba area has three crops a year, and Shuli mountain area has two crops a year. It is one of the "natural greenhouses" in Guizhou. The river in the territory belongs to the Xijiang River system of the Pearl River Basin, which originates from the mountainous areas such as Naxi in the suburbs of our county. Sanglang River, the largest river in the territory, flows from north to south, with a total length of 84.1 kilometers, a drainage area of 749 square kilometers, an average annual flow of 341.5 million cubic meters, and a theoretical water energy content of 4200 kilowatts. Sanglang town is rich in mineral resources, including gold, silver, lead, zinc, arsenic, molybdenum, coal, diabase, etc. Diabase is rich in reserves, mainly produced in oujiagou, Changli and other places. It is the best known railway ballast stone in the province. There is also the world's rare building decoration raw material, diabase granite, with a prospecting capacity of 10 million cubic meters, which can be mined for 100 years. It is mainly distributed in Changli. Abundant mineral resources attract a large number of investors to explore and exploit.
