Characteristic industry
Lugong ecology
free range chicken
The local chickens raised in Lugong town grow in the natural environment, breathe clean and fresh air, eat natural food, and naturally produce good eggs. Native chicken has few eggs, long nutrient accumulation cycle, low water content, and higher omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3) and phospholipids. These two substances can promote the metabolism of cholesterol, which is very good for the protection of cardiovascular system. Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids are the God of our life. Professor Artemis simoples, a famous scientist and nutritionist and the mother of Omega health in the United States, has revealed that once the human body ingests enough omega-3 fatty acids, the symptoms of those fatal diseases will obviously disappear until recovery.
Lugong Panjiang black pig
Panjiang black pig "Lugong Panjiang black pig", also known as local black Xiang pig, belongs to environmental protection, ecological and green type of pig, which is named after Lugong town on the Bank of Beipan River in Zhenfeng city. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the pursuit of eating green ecological food has become a fashion. With the characteristics of lean meat and fresh meat, black fragrant pig meat is favored by consumers. However, due to the influence of traditional consciousness such as "raising pigs for Chinese New Year" and market information occlusion, the development of black pig breeding is restricted. In order to protect this unique pig breed, the town Party committee and government adhere to the market-oriented and base based, introduce foreign investment to build the "Panjiang black pig" breeding demonstration base, create a local green ecological brand, and make it another pillar industry to increase people's income and efficiency. At the same time, Lugong town strives for 100000 yuan of poverty alleviation funds, mobilizes the masses to carry out centralized breeding through government coordination, and implements various preferential policies to encourage farmers to develop breeding, that is, 500 yuan subsidy will be given to each breeding black sow in Guandao village, and 1000 yuan subsidy will be given to the construction of pigsty, so as to mobilize farmers' breeding enthusiasm. Because the black pigs can be sold on the market or processed into bacon, sausage and other specialty foods, the farmers' concerns about breeding are eliminated. At present, more than 4000 black pigs have been raised in Lugong Town, Zheyang, nongyang and other villages.
