Luozhou Town, belonging to Hezhang County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, is located in the middle of Hezhang County. It borders Chengguan town in the East, shuitangbao Yi Miao Township and Magu town in the southeast, Shuangping Yi Miao Township in the west, Zhuming town in the north and Caishen town in the northeast, with an administrative area of 110.83 square kilometers.
During the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period, it was under the jurisdiction of Yelang. In 1991, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged. Luozhou township was set up after the merger of Luozhou, Xiping in Magu district and Tongchang in Qingshan District. In 2017, Luozhou township was abolished and Luozhou town was established. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Luo town was 35876. As of June 2020, Luozhou town has jurisdiction over 5 communities and 16 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Luozhou town is located in Longke community.

History of construction

In 1991, Luozhou and Xiping in Magu district and Tongchang in Qingshan District were merged to form Luozhou township.
In 2017, Luozhou township was abolished and Luozhou town was established.
