Luoyan Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Zheng'an County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, is located in the northwest of Zheng'an County, connecting Ruixi town in the East, Xiaoya town in the south, Miaotang town in the west, Miaotang Town, Bifeng town and Bajiao Township in Tongzi County in the north, with a total administrative area of 164.59 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the town was 20530. As of October 2019, Luoyan town has one community and five administrative villages.
In 2011, the local financial revenue of Luoyan town was 3.99 million yuan, an increase of 24.5% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 3063 yuan. In 2018, there were 16 industrial enterprises in Luoyan Town, including 2 Enterprises above Designated Size and 8 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Ming Wanli 29 years (1601), is sanjiangli.
Qing Guangxu 31 years (1905), is the western district.
In 1928, it belonged to Miaotang district (four districts).
Before 1952, it belonged to Duangong township.
In 1953, Jianyan township was built, belonging to eight districts.
In the autumn of 1958, Luoyan Township reform management area belongs to Miaotang commune.
In September 196, the establishment of Miaotang District Office was restored.
In 1992, the original Miaotang District of Luoyan, wuhui, Hongyan three townships merged into Luoyan township.
In 2016, Luoyan township was removed from the township and built into a town.
