Wuyi town

Wuyi Town, a Wuyi County in Hengshui City, Hebei, is a registered residence of Wuyi County, located in the central part of Wuyi County. It is located in the eastern part of the county. It is located in the south of the county. It borders on the cool store town. It connects to the west of the ring Town, North and Zhao Qiao Town, with an area of 129.91 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the number of household registration was 71132.

In the Western Han Dynasty, it was the county government of Wuyi. During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to Chengguan District. In December 1956, Chengguan Township was built. In October 1987, it was renamed Wuyi town. In January 1996, Liutong Township and Suzheng Township were merged. As of June 2020, Wuyi town has 4 communities and 94 administrative villages.

Historical evolution

In the Western Han Dynasty, it was the county government of Wuyi.

In December 1956, Chengguan Township was built.

In July 1958, it was changed into Chengguan commune (also known as Gaofeng commune).

In June 1984, it was changed into Chengguan town.

Wuyi town is located in the middle of Wuyi County, adjacent to shenpo town in the East, qingliangdian town in the south, Quantou Township in the West and zhaoqiao town in the north, covering an area of 129.91 square kilometers.
