Quyi Township

Quyi township is located in the southwest of the county, 39 kilometers away from the county government. It covers an area of 180 square kilometers and has a population of 3000. It has jurisdiction over six village committees and 30 villager groups in WUBAOSHAN, Ma'an, gahamulo, Shiluo, Jiagu and anzhaiping.

On June 12, 2020, the people's Government of Sichuan Province decided to abolish quyi township.

Every rainy season, the river will rise by 2 to 3 meters, which seriously threatens the safety of people's lives and property on both sides of xisujiao river. The flood control dam on the back of Quyi township government was destroyed more than 150 meters due to the surge of xisujiao river. Quyi township government is facing the threat of security risks. After coordination, the County Water Conservancy Bureau invested 100000 yuan to build a new 150 meter long and 3.5 meter high flood control dam behind the quyi township government in March.

By the end of August 2008, 1567.2 kilometers of highways had been opened to traffic in the county, including 153 kilometers of provincial roads, 285 kilometers of county roads, 230 kilometers of township roads, 378.2 kilometers of village roads, 58 kilometers of mine roads, and 463 kilometers of forest and special roads. With the development of economy, the people are rich. In 2008, more than 200 private enterprises settled in Leibo, including 52 long-distance buses, 142 short-distance passenger cars, 30 urban Taxis and more than 800 trucks.
