Yangmo rent township is under the jurisdiction of Zhaojue County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It was founded in 1952 and merged into BOLUO Township in 1958. In 1961, it was rebuilt. In 1972, it was changed into a commune. In 1981, it was renamed as Yangmo rent commune. In 1984, it was established as Yangmo rent township.

In December 2019, the people's Government of Sichuan Province agreed to abolish Yangmo rent Township and put its administrative area under the jurisdiction of bil Town, which is located at 89 bil street, ashuogupu village.

Yangmo rent township is located in the northwest of the county, 42 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 36.8 square kilometers and has a population of 2000. Yue (XI) Jin (Yang) highway transit. It has jurisdiction over five village committees, namely sihejing, erdianwayi, buqie amo, daguenaijia and mashuboxi.

Yangmo rent rural agriculture mainly produces potatoes, buckwheat, oats.
