Luoduo Township
Located in the eastern edge of Heishui county and the north of Weiji ancient area, it is located in the upper reaches of longbagou, bordering on Hongtu township of Songpan and songpinggou township of Mao County in the East, and adjacent to Anza, zhimulin, Ciba, shuangliusuo, Longba and shidiaolou in the county, covering an area of 181.99 square kilometers. The total population is 1395 (2017). Luoduo Township Committee and township government of Heishui County of the Communist Party of China are located in Shala Heba, 80 kilometers away from the county.
Luoduo township was a region of Qiang people in ancient times. In the past dynasties, Canling, Jiangyuan, zuofeng, Guicheng and other counties successively belonged to them. Tushan was under the rule of Tibetan chieftain after occupying Heishui; Ming Dynasty was under the rule of zagu chieftain; in 1585 ad, Yang Yinglong of Bozhou (Zunyi) was under the imperial edict and led the army to fight against Niuwei Qiang people in Maozhou. Now it has jurisdiction over seven villagers' committees, namely Sala, luoduo, Wohe, Garong, wanguzi, Liwei and Luohe.
