In addition to the county financial subsidy of 50 yuan per person per month, the insufficient part is subsidized by the County Civil Affairs Bureau. At the same time, it is equipped with a TV set and a stove is installed in each house with five guarantees. The Township People's government is responsible for the specific management. The Civil Affairs Bureau has signed an agreement with the township government to set up a management leading group with the township head as the president and the civil affairs assistant as the vice president, which ensures the normal operation of the homes for the aged.
