Liangan town
Liangan Town, affiliated to Lezhi county, Ziyang City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the northwest of Lezhi county, bordering Yuanxing township of Zhongjiang County in the East, Dafu town in the south, Wuhe Township, Jianyang City in the west, Tuqiao town of Jintang County and Jinshun town in the north. The total area of the district is 83.87 square kilometers.
As of june2020, Liangan town has four communities and 20 administrative villages. By the end of 2018, 47728 people registered residence in the town of Liang An. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Liangan town was RMB 90000, the total industrial output value was RMB 800million and the total sales of social commodities was 130million yuan.
Historical evolution
Guanyin bridge, which was named Guanyin bridge, was renamed as a new site because of repeated destruction. In the seventh year of the Republic of China (1918), when the bandits were in peace, they were renamed Liangan field by the idea of "good and safe governance of the people".
In 1949, Liangan township was set up, which belongs to zone 17, Zhongjiang County, Quansheng district.
In 1953, 14 townships of Jinshun and Quansheng were assigned to Ledo county.
In 1956, Jinshun and Quansheng 2 districts were merged into Liangan district and settled in Liangan.
In August 1992, the town was changed.
On december13,2019, the reply of the people's Government of Sichuan Province on agreeing to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns in Ziyang City (Sichuan Fu Civil Affairs [2019] No. 19): cancel Quansheng Township and assign its administrative area to Liangan town.
