Luowen town
Luowen town is located in the south of the city, known as the "south gate of Wanyuan city". It is 59 kilometers away from the urban area, 11 kilometers away from China's Xianshan Yanxia mountain. It is adjacent to Changxi township of Xuanhan County in the East, Hualou Township in the north, Maoba town of Xuanhan County in the South and Zeng hometown in the West. National Highway 210 and Xiangyu railway pass through the city. The town covers an area of 118.79 square kilometers, with 13 villages, 1 community, 74 communities and a total population of 12090 (2017). The town has 13740 mu of arable land, including 7471 mu of farmland and 6269 mu of land. In 2012, the total economic income was 177.48 million yuan, and the per capita income was 4722 yuan, an increase of 626 yuan over the previous year. It is an important grain production area and one of the emerging industrial towns in Wanyuan city.
On June 12, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Dazhou city to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns in Wanyuan City, Xuanhan county and Dazhu County (cfzm [2020] No.8): Hualou township was canceled, and the administrative areas of Hongxing community, goujiapo village, zhiganba village and sanbaoxi village in Hualou Township were put under the jurisdiction of Luowen Town, and Luowen Town People's government was stationed at No.1 Bashan Road, Hongsheng community .
Evolution of organizational system
Luowen town belongs to the old revolutionary base area, four guarantees of Taiping County in the late Qing Dynasty, and nine districts of Wanyuan county (now Wanyuan city) in the Republic of China.
Autumn of 1933: the Fourth Front Army of Hongsheng county was founded.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, February 1952: Luowen Township People's government was established.
1953: the town was abolished.
January 1956: the township was withdrawn and restored.
October 1958: People's commune was established and Luo Wen was renamed Hongsheng.
1962: the name of Luowen township was restored.
1967: renamed Hongsheng again.
1969: the Township Reform Committee was established.
May 1973: the original name of Rowan was restored.
1980: the Revolutionary Committee was abolished and the management committee was established.
1984: the management committee was abolished and the township government was established.
In 1991, the town was abolished and 14 villages and 74 groups were under the jurisdiction.
1993: with Wanyuan County removed, it was renamed Luowen Town People's Government of Wanyuan city.
April 2004: the Luowen Working Committee was abolished and the town government moved to the original working committee.
October 2004: the former houjiaping village was merged into Baiyangou village.
In March 2018, Luowen town has jurisdiction over 13 villages and 74 communities, including Huoshiling, yanjiaba, waziqiu, Yangjiaping, goujiazhai, tianjiaying, matiba, Baiyangou, zhonglaofen, liaojiapo, Liziyuan, tuanbuiliang and xixigou villages.
In 2020, Hualou township will be abolished, and the administrative areas of Hongxing community, goujiapo village, zhiganba village and sanbaoxi village in Hualou township will be put under the jurisdiction of Luowen town. The people's Government of Luowen town is located at No.1 Bashan Road, Hongsheng community.

Luowen town has the former site of Hongsheng county Party committee of the Chinese Soviet established by the Fourth Front Army of the Red Army. It is the production base of grain, rapeseed, vegetables and other high-quality agricultural products in Wanyuan City, with a forest coverage rate of more than 60%, rich in natural gas, sand, hydropower and other resources.
industrial development
Luowen Tieshan ultra natural gas purification plant: developed and constructed by PetroChina Southwest Company. The controlled reserves of natural gas in this gas reservoir are 271.65 × 10m & sup3;, belonging to high sulfur gas. It processes 60 million cubic meters of natural gas and produces 1.2 million tons of sulfur per day. The main unit of the purification plant consists of two trains in the first phase, and one train of 200 × 10m & sup3 / D is reserved in the second phase. Two sets of purification units are set in phase I, one set in each column; auxiliary production facilities and utilities are shared by two columns in phase I and one column in reserved phase II. The wet purified natural gas from the unit goes to the dehydration unit for treatment, and the sour gas goes to the sulfur recovery unit for sulfur recovery.
