Puguang town
Puguang town is located in the Midwest of Xuanhan County, Dazhou City, on the North Bank of Jiangkou Reservoir Area (the intersection of Zhonghe River and Houhe River), 20.2km away from the county. It covers an area of 83.47 square kilometers and has a population of 19985 (2017). Baotou Maoming Expressway (Datong Shaan Expressway), Dazhou Baisha highway and Puguang Laojun highway pass through. The Houhe river is navigable throughout the year. It has jurisdiction over 9 village committees and 3 neighborhood committees including evolution village, Longjing community, Shuangjiang community and tongkan community.
On June 12, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Dazhou to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns in Wanyuan City, Xuanhan county and Dazhu County (cfzm [2020] No. 8): the administrative areas of the original Shuanghe Town, the original Tuzhu town and the original Majia community, Liuping village, Shiyan village, Yanghe village and Guoping village in Liuchi town were put under the jurisdiction of Puguang town.

Gas pipeline construction
Puguang gas field export pipeline Sichuan East natural gas pipeline project starts from Puguang initial station in Northeast Sichuan in the West and ends in Shanghai in the East. It is another pipeline artery running through the East and west of China after the west east gas pipeline. The pipeline project includes one trunk line and six branch lines, involving six provinces and two cities of Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, with a total length of 1702km. The designed annual capacity of the trunk line is 12 billion cubic meters, the gas transmission pressure is 10MPa, and the pipe diameter is 1016mm. The special line of Dazhou natural gas energy and chemical industry zone has a total length of 81 km, a pipe diameter of 508 mm, a pressure of 8 MPa, and a gas transmission capacity of 3 billion cubic meters per year.

Since Puguang gas field was put into operation, the gas production plant has paid close attention to the production management, strengthened the implementation of various safety systems, carefully analyzed various problems in production, strengthened the efforts to tackle key technical problems, and timely adopted effective measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the gathering and transportation system.
In order to ensure the orderly operation of production, the gas production plant has established and improved the production and operation system, formulated a series of production management systems, such as "production and operation management measures", "cadre on duty system", "high sulfur gas gathering station (pipeline) safety production management regulations", continuously improved the production and operation network and the responsibilities of organizations at all levels, and clarified the production management workflow, production operation and information The transmission process is further smooth; the production and operation management system with plant dispatching room as the information hub and central control room as the operation center is established, which is connected from top to bottom, close horizontally, centralized and unified, coordinated and efficient, with smooth information, clear responsibilities and powerful execution, basically meeting the needs of production and operation and emergency disposal of the gathering and transportation system. At the same time, the factory pays close attention to the production organization and management with the station as the center and the grass-roots team as the focus, and brings the outsourcing business such as line patrol and acid liquid incineration into the station management to form a regional management network.
Containment of pipeline corrosion is very important for the safe operation of high sulfur gas field. A perfect corrosion monitoring system has been set up in the plant. Corrosion coupon, resistance probe, linear polarization probe and electric fingerprint are used for real-time on-line corrosion monitoring. The data measured by the corrosion monitoring system is transmitted to the station control room or central control room through the network, which is convenient for the technical personnel to analyze and process the data in time, and adjust the filling amount and batch processing frequency of corrosion inhibitor in time. The monitoring data show that the corrosion rate of the gathering and transportation system is lower than the annual corrosion control index of 0.076 mm, which is under control.
In order to ensure the "strong physique" of the gathering and transportation pipeline, the plant strengthened pigging and batch treatment of slow-release agent for acid pipeline, timely collected the continuous filling information of corrosion inhibitor on site, continuously summarized pigging and batch treatment experience, and improved batch treatment operation scheme of corrosion inhibitor. The plant has carried out 109 times of pigging and batch treatment operations on 15 gathering and transportation pipelines, avoiding the direct contact between corrosive medium and pipe wall, effectively controlling the corrosion of acid gas on pipelines, and ensuring the safe operation of gathering and transportation pipelines.
Dynamic management of gas reservoir is the key to ensure stable production of gas field. The plant has seriously carried out gas reservoir dynamic analysis, established a "Trinity" development management system of plant, district (station) and management group, strengthened dynamic monitoring, collected, completed and accurate data, strengthened gas and liquid sample sampling, analysis and testing, and provided full and accurate basis for the formulation of gas reservoir development plan, and adhered to the system of regularly holding dynamic analysis meeting from formation to well In order to lay a solid foundation for the formulation of practical gas well production system, a comprehensive and systematic analysis is carried out from wellbore to surface.
In the face of the problems encountered in the production, the factory vigorously carried out technical research, focusing on solving production problems. Aiming at the problem of abnormal casing pressure in 3 wells, such as PU 106-2h, the plant timely organized technicians to conduct in-depth analysis and continuous practice. By installing casing pressure relief process on site, the casing pressure was controlled within a certain range, so that the gas well production remained stable. In view of the frequent blockage of the throttle valve and the mist catching net of the acid separation separator, the sulfur dissolving agent injection and electric tracing heating are adopted in the plant to solve the blockage problem and ensure the smooth operation of the gathering and transportation system.
It is reported that Puguang gas field, located in Puguang Town, Xuanhan County, has proven reserves of 356 billion cubic meters by the end of 2007. It is the largest and most abundant super large gas field in China, with an annual production capacity of 12 billion cubic meters of purified gas, ranking second in China. "Sichuan gas" may be delivered to Shanghai by the end of 2008, that is to say, Shanghai citizens are expected to use "Sichuan gas" for cooking and cooking. "Sichuan gas" transmission to Shanghai is indeed in the process of planning.
Investment scale
The total investment of the project is 62.7 billion yuan (including 33 billion yuan in Dazhou), 79 development wells and 16 well sites are deployed, with an annual output of 15 billion cubic meters of feed gas and stable production for more than 20 years. Puguang purification plant is the largest natural gas purification plant and sulfur production base in Asia. After full completion, it will have a processing capacity of 15 billion cubic meters per year, with a processing capacity of 3 million cubic meters per day for each series. There are 16 series of natural gas production units and supporting projects, with an annual output of 12 billion cubic meters of purified gas and 3 million tons of sulfur.
The 10.5 billion main development surface gathering and transportation project of Puguang gas field includes 18 stations, including 16 gas gathering stations, 1 gas gathering terminal station and 1 sewage station; the acid gas gathering and transportation pipeline is about 37km long, with 5 tunnels and 2 suspension spans of Houhe river. The total length of fuel gas return pipeline laid in the same ditch is about 30km. A total of 29 line block valve chambers (including 43 valves) are set on the gas gathering pipeline for safe cut-off of the gas gathering line.
All wet gas, heating throttling and heat preservation mixed transportation process is adopted in gathering and transportation process. The wellhead natural gas first enters the gas gathering station, and then is exported after heating, throttling and metering. The process of "heating and heat preservation + corrosion inhibitor injection" is adopted to enter the gas gathering trunk line through the gas gathering branch line, and then is transported to the gas gathering terminal station for water separation.
