According to the research, Yongan temple has excellent architecture, painting, clay carving, wood carving, stone carving and alginate decoration, which is better than Yongle Palace in Shaanxi Province and Feilai hall in Emei. The temple has been listed as the key cultural relics protection unit of Sichuan Provincial People's Government twice. On June 25, 2001, it was announced as the national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council.
