JinSu town
JinSu town is located in the South Gate of Wutongqiao District, between 103 ° 50 ′ 30 ″ - 103 ° 55 ′ 00 ″ E and 29 ° 18 ′ 10 ″ - 29 ° 22 ′ 00 ″ n. Altitude: 331 M. It borders Shoubao Township and Dingwen township of Qianwei County in the East, Wuyun Township and Mindong township of Qianwei County in the south, Minjiang River in the west, Shixi township of Qianwei County across the river, Qiaogou town and Huishan town in the north. Covering an area of 28.38 square kilometers, the town governs 7 villages (48 villager groups) and 2 communities (21 resident groups), with a total of 16293 people (2017).
On December 13, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Leshan City to adjust the administrative divisions of 8 counties (cities, districts) including Shizhong District (cfzm [2019] No. 20): Qiaogou town was abolished and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Jinsu Town, and JinSu town renzm government was located at No. 86 Jiangshi street.

Historical evolution
In the Jin Su and Song Dynasties, it was called "Sansheng post" and later "Sansheng station", also known as mozichang. It is said that there is a huge rock in the Minjiang River under Guanyin rock, which looks like Mozi. It appears in the water in the dry season of winter and spring, so it is called mozichang. It is also named after Kao JinSu, because Osmanthus fragrans are planted all over the nearby mountains, reed grass is planted on the river beach, Osmanthus fragrans are like millet in autumn, and reed flowers are as white as snow, so it is called "Golden Millet in autumn", which is one of the eight sceneries in Qianwei. Before liberation, JinSu town belonged to the Fourth District of Qianwei county. In 1952, JinSu town was rebuilt as the Fifth District of Wutongqiao city. In 1954, it was transferred to the jurisdiction of the second district. In 1950, JinSu town was merged with gedu and Pingqiao small townships to form Jinsu township. In 1958, it was changed into JinSu commune. In 1962, JinSu town and JinSu commune were established. In 1984, JinSu commune was changed into Jinsu township. In 1987, the township system was abolished and merged into JinSu town to implement the system of town governing village.
Township economy
The town has 9100 mu of arable land and 9464 mu of mountain forest. In agriculture, breeding is the main industry. The high-quality tea, loquat and finished fish from Liujiashan village and the high-quality vegetables from Shuangxuan village are sold both inside and outside the province. The new rural construction has begun to take shape, with a forest coverage rate of 28% and a good living environment. The main industries are energy, chemical, rare earth and machinery. The average annual rainfall is 1390.6 mm and the air humidity is 83.2%. The Minjiang River passes through Jinsu Town, with the maximum flow of 54100 m3 / s, the minimum flow of 300 m3 / s, the average flow of 24800 m3 / s and the maximum flow rate of 6.43 M / s. JinSu town is surrounded by the town's business distribution center, with a wide range of agricultural and sideline products, good quality and low price. It mainly produces rice, wheat, corn and other food crops, rich in rapeseed, vegetables, fruits, tea and other economic crops, and has certain forest resources. Now, tea, wax gourd, loquat and famous special fruit associations have been established, and a preliminary scale has been formed. By the end of 2001, the town had planted 1000 mu of famous tea, 2500 mu of wax gourd, 1000 mu of Yuhuan pomelo, 650 mu of other high-quality small fruits and 3050 mu of Eucalyptus grandis forest. The per capita net income of farmers reached 2473 yuan. The town is rich in coal and other mineral resources, and there is a natural gas station. The 10kv High-voltage Line has been extended to seven villages in the town. The program-controlled telephone capacity is 10000, and the daily water supply of the town is 15000 cubic meters. There are 8 large-scale enterprises such as hebangletianhua, hebangjixiang coal industry, hebangkengkou power station, Keer fine chemical industry, Shenghe rare earth, Jinjiang coal mine, Chuankang woolen mill, hainuoer waste treatment plant, and 443 township enterprises and private enterprises. In 1999, it was designated as the pilot town of small town construction in Wutongqiao District, and in 2000, it was designated as the provincial pilot town of small town construction.
