Qingyi town

Qingyi Town, located in the north of Fucheng District, Mianyang City, is the core area of the construction of "central innovation driving area of science and technology city" in Fucheng District, Mianyang City. It covers an area of 78 square kilometers, of which 59 square kilometers are included in the urban planning of Mianyang City. The town has 12 villages, 3 communities, 51 thousand and 300 registered residence and a population of 200 thousand. Qingyi town has superior natural conditions, rich water resources and fertile land. There are four main rivers in the town, namely Fujiang River, Anchang River, longxigou River and Fangshui river. Qingyi town has profound historical and cultural heritage and rich tourism resources. Built in the light year of the Qing Dynasty, Zhang Zhongqi V Tongtang square has been listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Mianyang City and a cultural relic protection unit in Sichuan Province. Xiaoqiao village, a national civilized village, is the first national AA scenic spot in Mianyang City, which integrates modern agricultural resources, farmhouse leisure tourism resources and historical and cultural resources. On December 26, 2019, the people's Government of Sichuan Province approved the adjustment of administrative divisions of some towns in Mianyang City. Jinjialin street and Longmen town were canceled, and their administrative areas were put under the jurisdiction of Qingyi town. Evolution of organizational system

In May 1985, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Qingyi township was abolished and Qingyi town was established.

In September 1992, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Longmen township was abolished and merged into Qingyi town.

In January 1998, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Longmen town was separated from Qingyi town.

In October 2010, with the approval of Mianyang Municipal People's government, jinjialin street was established, and the administrative areas of seven villages, namely, Xiyuan village, DaBaoliang village, xinguansi village, jinjialin village, gejiamiao village, saokoumiao village and guloushan village, were under the jurisdiction of jinjialin street. From October 2010 to December 2018, jinjialin street and suburban township office. In December 2018, jinjialin street was officially listed. In February 2019, jinjialin Street will operate independently.

Location context

Qingyi town is located in the north of Fucheng District, Mianyang City, on the right bank of Fujiang River, bordering Qinglian town of Jiangyou City in the north, Shima town of Youxian district across the river in the East, suburban street of Fucheng District and Pioneer Park Street of science and technology innovation park in the south, Yongxing town of high tech Zone and Jiepai Town of Anzhou District in the West. Qingyi town enjoys smooth external traffic. Baocheng railway and xi'an-chengdu passenger dedicated line, the important northbound and outgoing passageways in Sichuan and even southwest China, pass through the area. Beijing Kunming Expressway passes through the area. There are two entrances and exits of Mianyang North Expressway and jinjialin expressway.

Qingyi town belongs to shallow hill landform, the terrain is high in the northwest and low in the southeast. The highest altitude is 580 meters and the lowest is 470 meters. It belongs to subtropical monsoon climate with mild climate. The annual average temperature is 16.3 ℃, the annual frost free period is 272 days, and the annual average rainfall is 963.2 mm. There are many woodlands in the northwest and many flat dams in the southeast, which are rich in water resources. Fujiang River enters the area from the front, flows through Longfeng village, Xiangji village, Longmen community and Qingyang village, and flows out from lighthouse community, with a length of 12 km. Anchang River, Fangshui River (Changtan River), longxigou, longxiyan, huangmugou and dengjiagou all belong to Fujiang River system.

Jinjialin Headquarters Economic Experimental Zone of Mianyang City was established in April 2010, with a total planning area of 33.7 square kilometers. In October 2003, the Ministry of science and technology and the Ministry of Education approved and recognized the second batch of National University Science and technology parks with the document of Guo Ke FA Gao Zi (2003) No. 336, and officially awarded the title of "National University Science and Technology Park of Southwest University of science and technology", becoming one of the 36 national university science and Technology Parks in China.

Chengbei agricultural and sideline products Industrial Park, located in Longmen community, Xiaoqiao village and Xiangji village of Qingyi Town, was established in 2008. The park has initially formed three professional market platforms: high water agricultural and sideline products wholesale market, Mianyang agricultural means wholesale market and Western Lengdu.

Located in Xiaoqiao village, Qingyi Town, Zhang Zhongqi's five generations' hall was built in 1840 to honor the five generations' hall of Zhang Zhongqi's family. It has been 180 years. According to the written records on the memorial archway, Zhang Zhongqi, a native of Qingyi town (formerly Longmen township), was 103 years old in the reign of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty. His descendants had 115 descendants, and the clan was harmonious and respected each other. The neighbors around him were regarded as the first of the mulberry trees, so they jointly reported to the imperial court. With the permission of the emperor, silver was given to build a five generations hall for passers-by to see, so as to promote family harmony and social harmony. Zhang Zhongqi V's hall is located in the South and North, 9 meters high and 8 meters wide. It is a four column, three door and three story archway building. The whole archway is made of bluestone, which is composed of square brake, square column and square base. Although it has been eroded by wind and rain for 180 years, the structure of the Tong Tang Fang of Zhang Zhongqi V is in good condition. The relief and hollow carving lines on it are still clear, and only some parts are weathered and damaged due to wind and rain erosion. In the north of the archway, there is an "imperial edict" plaque, and in the south, there is an "emperor's favor" plaque. On the first floor of the archway on the north and south sides, there are "five generations in the same hall" plaques. On the second floor, there are carved patterns such as Eight Immortals crossing the sea and officials' birthday banquet. There are court officials and waiters standing on the drum before and after each square pillar, and there are designs such as lions carved below, all of which are round carvings.
