Aiye town

Aiye town belongs to Gongjing District, Zigong City, Sichuan Province. Aiye Town, formerly known as aiyetan, is one of the birthplaces of Gongjing mineral salt. The market took shape in the period of Emperor Wu of the Northern Zhou Dynasty. After the Qing Dynasty, it became the largest well salt producing area of Furong Xichang, known as "Xichang Town, the capital of salt and the first beach of salt transportation". The main hall of Tianchi temple is the main hall. The statue of Sakyamuni is worshipped in the middle of the hall, and there are standing Buddhas on both sides. There is a bronze bell weighing 800 Jin, a drum five feet long, and a golden dragon winding on two pillars. Behind the main hall is the luzhelai Buddha Hall, with dozens of Bodhisattvas such as the eighteen Arhats, Guanyin, Puxian and Manjusri. On the left is Chunyang hall, and on the right is Guanyin hall. Behind the Guanyin hall is the Sanbao hall, and upstairs is the Sutra collection building. On the right side of the main hall is the white horse hall, opposite to the Chunyang hall. At the right corner of the main hall are the Abbot's and Deacon's chambers, which are elegant and quiet. The famous flowers around the patio of the Zen house are fragrant and the grass is green. There is a pool between the main hall, Chunyang hall and Baima hall.
