Luolongtang Township, belonging to Cangxian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Cangxian County, bordering niujinzhuang township of Mengcun Hui Autonomous County in the East, liujiamiao Township in the south, wangjiapu Township in the west, Jiuzhou town in the north, and the Township People's government is 25 kilometers away from Cangxian people's government, with a total area of 69 square meters.

History of construction
In 1949, luolongtang township was located in wengdian District of Cangxian county.
In 1950, it was divided into six districts (in Dongguan).
In 1955, Longtang township was built.
In the autumn of 1958, Heguantun, Dongguan, luolongtang and liujiamiao townships were merged into Dongfeng second commune of Cangxian county (in Dongguan), which was the management area of luolongtang.
In 1961, he built the luolongtang commune.
In 1984, it was changed to luolongtang township.
In 1996, wangguantun township was incorporated into the city.
