The valley of Yunhe Town, 378 meters above sea level, is the lowest point in Chengdu. All previous Party committees and governments of Yunhe Town, Jintang County, Sichuan Province have been diligent and pragmatic, and constantly blazed new trails. On July 29, 2020, the National Patriotic Health Association decided to name Yunhe town as a national health Township in the period of 2017-2019.

General situation of villages and towns

Yunhe town is located in the southeast of Jintang County. It is connected with Tuqiao town and Heping township of Jianyang City in the East, Jinma town of Jianyang City in the south, Sanhe Town and Tashui town of Jianyang City in the west, and Penny town and Youxin town in the north. The lowest altitude is 386 meters and the highest is 538.1 meters. The town people's government is located in yunhechang, 68 kilometers away from the county seat and 27 kilometers away from huangjueya entrance of Chengnan expressway.

The town governs 10 villages, 1 community and 208 villager groups. The total population is 20948 (2017), including one middle school in Yunhe Town, two primary schools and six village primary schools, one Chengguan health center and four large-scale enterprises.

The town covers an area of 44 square kilometers, with 29161 mu of arable land. It is rich in rice, wheat, corn and other food crops, as well as rape, peanut, watermelon and other economic crops. The main fruits are oranges, navel oranges and pears, with an annual output of 3600 tons. Animal husbandry is developed, with 36000 live pigs, more than 5000 Jintang Black goats, 200000 small poultry and livestock, 1063 mu of freshwater fish area, and an annual output of more than 200 tons of fresh fish.

The infrastructure of the whole town is relatively perfect. The transportation is convenient. The highway transportation network in the town has been completed in an all-round way. The whole town has basically realized the connection of asphalt road to the village and cement road to the town, and gradually formed an important hub leading to the surrounding towns and Chengnan and Chengyu expressways. The power supply in the town is supplied by Tuqiao 35kV Power Station. There are four communication towers of China Mobile and China Unicom, with a telephone penetration rate of 60%. There are two post offices and one cable TV optical fiber. Rich in water resources, Zishui river runs through six administrative villages in the town, and the water quality is clear and pollution-free. At the end of 2005, a new waterworks was built in the town, with a daily water supply of 700 cubic meters.

Yunhe town is located in the southernmost part of Jintang County, known as the South Gate of Jintang County. It is 68 km away from Jintang County and 27 km away from huangjueya entrance of Chengnan expressway. Yunhechang town is the political, economic, cultural and business center of Yunhe town. The whole town covers an area of 1.5 square kilometers, with open and flat terrain. At present, there are 20948 people (2017), with an urbanization rate of 23.4%, which has a good development prospect.

1. Transportation facilities: the traffic in the town is convenient, extending in all directions, and the asphalt road in the village and the cement road in the town have been basically realized. With the comprehensive completion of the highway transportation network, the town has gradually formed an important transportation hub leading to the surrounding villages and towns, Chengdu Chongqing Expressway and Chengdu Nanjing Expressway.

2. Sufficient power and advanced communication. The power in the town is supplied by Tuqiao 35kV substation; there are 2 post offices, 4 communication towers of China Mobile and China Unicom, 60% telephone penetration rate, and 1 cable TV optical fiber station.

3. Water resources are abundant. Zishui river passes through the town. There is a dam 80 meters long and 4 meters high, which can store 7000 cubic meters of water all the year round. A new waterworks is built to supply 700 cubic meters of water every day.

Yunhe town is located in the southeast of the county, covering an area of 44.28 square kilometers. It is 68 kilometers away from Jintang County and 27 kilometers away from Chengnan expressway. It has entered the one hour economic circle of Chengdu. Zishui river runs through the town with a length of 11 km. The soil is fertile and suitable for planting a variety of crops. The town is located in the subtropical humid climate zone of Sichuan Basin, with an average annual temperature of 17.7 degrees Celsius, abundant rainfall, more sunshine and four distinct seasons. It fully meets the requirements of aromatic oil raw material production base. Sichuan Jintang Fuxing Food Factory Co., Ltd. has rich production experience. It has been producing orange peel oil since 1995, and the annual output of orange oil is more than 50 tons. In 2005, we discussed with Shanghai Fangxin spices Co., Ltd., which needs more than 50 tons of raw ginger oil every year. The local Party committee, government and enterprises jointly built a ginger planting base of 3000 mu in Yunhe town to solve the problem of raw materials for ginger oil production. In 2005, 600 mu of ginger has been planted with an output of 1.8 million jin. In 2006, 3000 mu of ginger has been planted, and the yield of ginger is expected to be 9 million jin, providing sufficient raw materials for ginger oil production.

Yunhe town has a population of 20948 (2017), which is a typical agricultural town. The vast majority of the town's trade and agricultural products trading are concentrated in this market, covering Jinma, Sanhe, Youxin, Tuqiao and other towns in Jianyang City. Yunhe town is active in business and trade, with a daily turnover of 150000 yuan and a daily flow of 12000 people. The management fee alone can charge more than 1000 yuan per game. Strengthen rural social security

The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the improvement of social security system, strengthen the construction of rural three-level health service network and urban community health service system, and deepen the reform of public hospitals on the basis of social insurance, social assistance and social welfare, focusing on basic pension, basic medical care and maximum living security system, supplemented by philanthropy and commercial insurance.

In rural areas, land is the lifeblood of farmers. The construction of "whole Chengdu" needs farmers to concentrate in cities and towns and encourage the free transfer of land through land reform, which needs to break farmers' dependence on land. The implementation measures are to strengthen rural social security, improve farmers' living security system, implement social endowment insurance system and urban and rural residents' medical insurance system, promote commercial insurance, and launch 12 year compulsory education system. Since the social endowment insurance was put forward in 2007, the effect of purchase is not very rational. The main reasons are that the publicity is not in place, the implementation is not in place and the traditional concept of villagers has not changed.
