Fuwen town is located in the southwest of Ding'an County, Hainan Province. It is a provincial poverty alleviation Town, 18 kilometers away from Dingcheng in the north and adjacent to Tunchang County in the south. Dingxun highway runs through the north and south, and leiming, Longmen, Fuwen and Hsinchu Township trunk lines run through the East and West. Fuwen is an agricultural town.
