Ma Ying Zi Manchu Township, belonging to Luanping County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the western part of Luanping county. It is adjacent to the East and southeast of the country with the Luanping Township and the baksheying town. It is adjacent to the south, southwest and West and Feng Jia Yu town. In 1983, mayingzi township was built together with Fujiadian commune. In 1984, it was separated from Fujiadian township. In 1986, it was rebuilt as a Manchu Township in mayingzi. As of June 2020, mayingzi Manchu countryside has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages.
