Zhonghe sub district office is located in Chengnan New District of Chengdu City, which belongs to high tech Zone. It is evolved from Zhonghe town and adjacent to Huayang sub district of Jinjiang District and Shuangliu County. It has jurisdiction over 14 communities and 41 resident groups, covering an area of 35 square kilometers, with a built-up area of 10 square kilometers and a total population of 50000.

The outstanding location advantage is the main direction of the recent development of the main urban area of Chengdu. In the future, it will be an important part of the core area of Chengdu. It will accept the radiation of the new administrative center and the new international convention and Exhibition Center of Chengdu. The consulate District of Chengdu is planned in this area, which is one of the most dynamic areas in Chengdu. Since the reform and opening up, Zhonghe has achieved all-round development in economy and social undertakings. It is planning to build three urban backbone roads: South extension of Hongxing Road, xinchengren road and xinchengren expressway. It is 500m to Tianfu Avenue, 20km to Shuangliu International Airport and 5km to South Railway Station. It has a natural gas company with a daily gas supply capacity of 12000 cubic meters, a 110kV substation, good water supply conditions and good water quality, with a daily water supply of 5000 cubic meters.
