Xinglong Mountain, the highest peak in SHANGBAN Town, is located in the southeast of laonitang village, with an altitude of 1072 meters; the lowest point is located on the Luan River Bank of xiaotanggou in Baihe Village, with an altitude of 270 meters.

The river course in Shangbancheng town belongs to Luanhe River Basin. Luanhe River, the largest river in the territory, flows from north to south through jiejiaying, manzigou and baihenan village, with a length of 12.8 km. Chaibai River, the main tributary, flows from west to East through nanshuangmiao, Huangqi, Laoyemiao, dabinggou, Fangshengou, nansandaohe, shangtaizi, Xidayao, Shangbancheng and other villages, with a length of 30.7 km.
