Fushou Town, belonging to Nanchuan District of Chongqing, is located in the north of Nanchuan District, adjacent to Mingyu town in the East, Xicheng street in the south, Muliang Township and Hetu Township in the west, Shixi Township in the north, 21 kilometers away from the people's Government of Nanchuan District, with a total area of 42.19 square kilometers.
In 1667, Fushou town belonged to the second class of fululi in Nanchuan; in 2015, it was changed from Fushou township to Fushou town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Fu Shou town was 12351. As of June 2020, Fushou town has five administrative villages and the people's Government of Fushou town is located in luodongping.

In 1667, Fushou town belonged to the second class of fululi in Nanchuan.
In 1927, Fushou township was established.
