History of construction
In song, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was under the jurisdiction of Youyang chieftain.
In the 13th year of Yongzheng reign of Qing Dynasty (1735), after "changing the land to flow", it belonged to shangxiali of Youyang County.
In 1928, it belonged to Beisan township. In 1935, Beisan township was renamed Guanhe township.
In the summer of 1951, Guanhe township was divided into Shuishi township.
In the spring of 1952, it was assigned to Qianjiang county.
In February 1953, Shuishi township was divided into Dashan Township and Chayuan township.
In April 1956, Dashan was assigned to Shuishi Township and Chayuan township to Xin'an township.
