LUOQI Town, belonging to Yubei District of Chongqing, is located in the east of Yubei district and the West Bank of the Yangtze River. It faces Banan District across the river in the East, Jiangbei District in the south, Longxing town and Shichuan town in the west, Dasheng town and Yanjia Industrial Park in Changshou District in the North. It is 60km away from the people's Government of Yubei District, with a total area of 95.34km2.

In 347, LUOQI town belonged to Zhixian County; on February 13, 1987, LUOQI town was changed from LUOQI township to LUOQI town. As of June 2020, LUOQI town has 5 communities and 16 administrative villages, and the people's Government of LUOQI town is located in Xinyu Road.

History of construction
