Sanqu town
Sanqu Town, subordinate to Dazu District of Chongqing, is located in the west of Dazu district. It is adjacent to Baoxing town and Longgang street in the East, Longshi town in the south, Jijia town and Tieshan town in the West and Gaosheng town in the north. It is 15 kilometers away from the residence of Dazu District people's government, with a total area of 76.56 square kilometers.
In 1662, the first year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, Hu's ancestors migrated to Sanqu town to reclaim wasteland and build houses, named laohechang, which belongs to jiashengli. In January 1994, it was changed from Sanqu district to Sanqu town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the three drive towns was 54965. As of June 2020, Sanqu town has jurisdiction over 6 communities and 12 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at No. 1, Huimin Road, group 1, Shuangji community.
In 2018, there were 25 industrial enterprises in Sanqu Town, including one above scale and five comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction

In December 1949, the Fifth District was renamed the third district.
