Tongguanyi town
Tongguanyi Town, belonging to Jiulongpo District of Chongqing, is located in the southwest of Jiulongpo District. It is connected with Tiaodeng town of Dadukou District in the East, the Yangtze River in the southeast, Jiangjin district across the river, Xipeng town in the West and taojia town in the north. It is 42 kilometers away from the people's Government of Jiulongpo District, with a total area of 23.31 square kilometers.
In the Ming Dynasty, a water station was set up around Tongguanyi Town, which was named Tongguanyi. In June 1985, dongzhuba town was changed into Tongguanyi Town, and Tongguanyi township was merged into Tongguanyi town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of copper canister town was 25850. As of June 2020, Tongguanyi town has two communities and seven administrative villages, and the people's Government of Tongguanyi town is located in dongzhuba community.
In 2018, there were 53 industrial enterprises in Tongguanyi Town, including 7 above scale enterprises and 20 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the Ming Dynasty, a water station was set up in the area of Tongguanyi Town, which was named Tongguanyi.
In the Qing Dynasty, the post was cut off. In 1707, Baxian county was rebuilt to 12 Li, belonging to the fourth grade of Cili in Baxian County; in the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Jisi town.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), tongkuanchang was a township level administrative district. In 1929, it was renamed copper pot. In June 1930, Tongguan township was built. In 1935, Tongguan township was changed into Tongguan joint protection. In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), the joint protection of copper cans was changed into the township of copper cans.
In December 1951, dongzhuba township was built in Tongguanyi Township and Xipeng township.
In October 1952, Baohua township was built in four townships, namely, paitongguan, Yuanming, taojia and Xipeng; in December of the same year, Baisha Township was built in two townships, namely, paitongguan and Tiaodeng.
In April 1954, Dongzhu township was merged into Tongguan township.
In March 1955, dongshanba town was built in Tongguan town.
In January 1956, two townships, namely, Pai Baohua and Baisha, were established.
In September 1958, Tongguan Township and dongzhuba town merged to build dongzhuba commune, later known as dongzhuba management area.
In February 1959, dongzhuba management area was established as dongzhuba town; in July of the same year, the rest of dongzhuba management area was renamed Tongguanyi management area.
In January 1960, it was changed into Tongguanyi commune.
In August 1961, Tongguanyi commune was divided into Baohua commune.
In May 1982, Tongguanyi commune was changed into Tongguanyi township.
In June 1985, dongzhuba town was changed into Tongguanyi Town, which was merged into Tongguanyi town.
In March 1995, it was transferred from Banan District to Jiulongpo District.

In 1997, Tongguanyi town had 13 administrative villages including Shuanglong, Qilong, Jianshe, Shibazi, Guanyinqiao, Nongxing, doushita, Guoyuan, Dishuiyan, Dabei, cangbazi, huangjinbao, Tangjiatuo and 7 communities named after ordinal numbers.
In November 2001, Tongguanyi town set up two communities, the first community and the second community, and seven administrative villages, including shuangqilong, Jianshe, Guanyinqiao, doushita, Xinhe, Dabei and huangjinbao.
By the end of 2011, tongkuangyi town had jurisdiction over the first and second communities of tongkuangyi Town, and seven administrative villages, including shuangqilong, Jianshe, Guanyinqiao, doushita, Xinhe, Dabei and huangjinpu, with 31 resident groups and 106 villager groups.
