The main varieties of lotus root are Erlian No.1, No.5 and Wuzhi No.2. The average yield per mu is 4000-5000 Jin, and the total yield can reach 20 million jin. The area of lotus root fish is 1500 mu. The varieties of lotus root fish include golden catfish and eight headed catfish. The yield per mu is about 10 million, and the total yield can reach 1.5 million jin. There are 16 fine varieties of rose in 800 mu. From 2003 to 3004, the total yield can reach 560000-640000 kg.
