Qunying Township, subordinate to Lingshui Li Autonomous County of Hainan Province, is located in the middle of the west of Lingshui Li Autonomous County, adjacent to Benhao town in the East and northeast, Longguang town in the south, Liugong Township in Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County in the west, and Shiling Town in Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County in the north. The town people's government is 28 kilometers away from the county. The total area is 140.65 square kilometers.
In 1951, it belonged to Maozao Township, Lingshui District II. In 1987, it was changed into Qunying township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Qun Ying township was 24023. As of June 2020, Qunying township has jurisdiction over one community and four administrative villages, and the people's Government of Qunying township is stationed in Fengpo village committee.
