Nankun town
Nankun Town, subordinate to Tunchang County, Hainan Province, is located in the west of Tunchang County. It borders Tuncheng town in the East, poxin town in the southeast, Limushan town in Qiongzhong County in the south, Renxing town in Chengmai County across the Nandu River in the West and Xichang town in the north. The administrative area of the town is 352.74 square kilometers.
In March 1957, it was transferred to Qiongzhong County. In November 1961, he returned to Tunchang County, known as Nankun commune. In December 1983, it was renamed Nankun district. In March 1987, it was renamed Nankun town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Nan Kun town was 62599. As of June 2020, Nankun town has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 25 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Nandong street of Nankun community.

In June 1950, the Township People's government moved from Niulanshan village to Nankun market.
In July 1952, it belonged to three districts of Tunchang County.
